We take pride in our reputation for quality products at an excellent value. Nikita Lynn does its best to make sure you’ll be satisfied with every purchase. However, if you are unhappy with our product, we are happy to assist with the return for a full refund. 


Purchases made at Nikitalynn.com:

Products purchased at www.NikitaLynn.com may be returned with the original proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase date to our Corporate Center located in Lakeland, FL.
 

Please note the following conditions for a return:

  • All returned merchandise must be accompanied by your proof of purchase.
  • Merchandise needs to be unused, undamaged and in brand new condition. All tags need to be attached and merchandise in the original packaging. We do not accept returns on items that have been personalized or monogrammed.
  • All returns must be accompanied by a Return Form and original receipt or packing list.
  • A credit in the amount of a purchase price, less any applicable shipping charges, will be refunded back to original payment method.  We will process your credit within 2-5 business days of the receipt of your return; however, your credit card company may take up to 10 business days to release the funds back to your account.

      Rules & Restrictions for Online Order Returns:

      Returns must be prepaid and insured by the customer and shipped via the carrier of your choice. A return label will be issued for damaged items or if a return is a result of our error.

      When shipping a return, you must complete the Return Form and indicate the reason for the return and provide comments. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return/exchange is a result of our error. We will not accept CODs or third-party billing for returned merchandise. All COD packages will be refused. We cannot be responsible for items that we do not receive.

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  

      Damaged or Defective Items:

      At Nikita Lynn, we make every effort to ensure that our merchandise is of the finest quality. However, in the event an item is defective upon receipt or has a manufacturing defect, please fill out a Return Form with the defect or damage noted on the form.

      Items will be inspected and a determination made as to the cause of defect. If our review of the item shows a defect, we will be happy to replace the item or refund your purchase price. There will not be any shipping charges associated with the exchange.  Please note that exchanges are subject to inventory availability. In the case that the product you are looking to exchange is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail and you can choose to either wait until the item is back in stock, or we can refund the cost of the out-of-stock item to your original payment method. 

      In the event an item is damaged during shipment, please contact the carrier with your tracking number. Nikita Lynn is not responsible for items damaged in transit or showing delivered by the carrier. Nikita Lynn is not responsible for items not received by you.
